When I visit the site jetbrains.com, the site closes the convergence, what should I do? Throws the error "www.jetbrains.com does not allow connection."(ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). And when I go to support, the site works, and when you go to the official page, the site does not work. What to do? I'm from Ukraine. Could you tell?

This is probably a networking issue from your side as we don't restrict access directly from our website.
Try the following:
1. Another browser
2. Disable VPN if you're using any
3. Check Firewall and antivirus apps for blocked connections to jetbrains.com
4. Try another internet provider (mobile, for instance).
