Problems with free student license

I am currently studying Software Engineering and have to install Resharper. 
I have sent an application for a free license for JetBrains Product Pack for Students and have recieved this mail: 

"Congratulations! Your JetBrains Educational Pack has been confirmed.

Please link your free license to a new or an existing JetBrains Account. You will need to use this account whenever you want to access JetBrains tools."

I am then asked to login, but when i do this message shows up: 
“Sorry, you can not accept invitation for administration of already managed personal JetBrains Account.”

Whenever I access my profile I can not find the license.

Hello,

I have the same problem, but it happened to me when I wanted to renew it.
I've contacted sales(EMEA) trough mail and even the form (link that you have provided), but I didn't get any response after three days of waiting.

Is there any other way how to resolve this problem?

Hi Jakub Češka! The sales team got an enormous number of requests at the beginning of the academic year but has limited capacity, which is why there might be a delay in responding.
