IntelliJ Student licence

Hello, last summer i got my student licence form university and used it until this july, this week  i got a new laptop but when i tried to log in IntelliJ my account says there are no availlable licences, but i also cant renew my licence. i also didnt get an email to my univerity e mail account with a link to renew it. how can i fix this problem ?
