Please download IntelliJ IDEA from the official site: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/

or install via snap.

If the issue is reproduced again after reinstallation, then please collect the following logs:

- `java_error_in*.log` files from the user's home directory

- log folder compressed (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files)
