2023.x Cannot add anaconda python interpreter

OS: macOS Ventura 13.4.1

Version: Pycharm Professional 2023.1.4 and 2023.2.1 (Intel)

Detail:

Work around: Setting → Python Interpreter → Add Interpreter → Add Local Interpreter → Conda Environment → Use existing environment, choose one env then click [OK]

After click [OK], current [Add Python Interpreter] window existed, returned to Python Interpreter Setting windows, but nothing happened.

This is real a critical bug, current i just use System Interpreter then choose anaconda env absolute python interpreter path to make it.

It seems a new bug, comes from updating  from 2022.x to 2023.x.
