Intellij Idea freezes on any action. unable to work. copy paste, editing, anything. version is 2023.2.2. version 2.1 was the same. 

windows 10 64 GB memory. Intellij provided with 8 GB

For me it's almost the same, when I start Intellji it freezes and gets stuck on "Scanning files to index". I can't click on anything, only the red warning icon lights up and down.

Uploaded everything in log folder. This is so horrible. I am unable to work. it freezes every second.
