Defaulting the warning messages to repository pre-commit-config.yaml, bandit.yaml, tox.ini files

Hi,

Hope all is well.

Is there a way to configure the project to be pointing to formatting files contained within the selected project versus PyCharm's default settings?

Within repository there are 3 different yaml files, pre-commit-config.yaml, bandit.yaml, tox.ini files where some of the default Python PEP warnings are either disabled or personalized to our liking.
