With a new installation in Ubuntuu I tried reboot, kill -9 and xkill but this process still persists.

Starting Intellij IDEA Community immediately throws:

Any clue what is happening here?

Thread “Intellij cannot launch because 'process 2' already running” likely is the same problem.
