i have used a free license for being a student for over a year but now when i try to renew the license it says email is blocked. my email id is : ****@studenti.unical.it.
Please help i would like to use pycharm and not vscode

Some educational domains are blocked due to the previous cases of license misuse. You can't get a license with such email instantly.
However, you can submit a request or renew your license with an official document.
To get a new educational license, please submit a form and attach your papers here: https://www.jetbrains.com/community/education/#students.
To renew your license, please log in to JetBrains account (https://account.jetbrains.com/) and click renew. Then select "Official document".
Such requests are processed by our managers in 2 weeks. If you need a license right now, please start a free trial.

question allows students to keep their student emails after graduation, making a student email address alone insufficient for verification of enrollment. However, all students can use the option Official document for getting their free student subscriptions.

I have same issue here how can i send you my student email in order to help you check it up for me…. I tried official document but not receive any email, and i also tried the Github Student Pack and it tell my edu mail is blocked :((((
