Maintain directory structure when downloading a file
When I drill down into the directories on my site to download a file, the directory structure is not maintained for that file. Is there a way to have the whole folder structure in my local directory?

How exactly did you configure your mappings under the “Settings/Preferences | Build, Execution, Deployment | Deployment > Mappings” settings section?
Locally it's empty, I am editing the file remotely.
But my question is how can I download for example that index.php file and keep the whole tree folder structure with it locally?
