我的IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.2无法与某些网站（例如：https://mvn.coderead.cn/，aliyun）建立连接，在http代理中进行检查链接时报错“连接出现问题: Connect timed out”，但我电脑可以通过默认浏览器访问这些网址。

Do you use any proxy or firewall in your network? Please share idea.log ("Help | Show Log in…") after restarting IDE and reproducing the issue. You may share files via https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ form.

Do you use proxy or firewall? Could you please check proxy settings in your browser. Seems something is blocking network connections from IDE.
