Remove code inspection marks from scroll bar when comparing files

Hello,

When I compare a file in two GIT branches, the scroll bars show where there are differences and the code inspection results.

When I compare files, I want to see how many differences there are. Inspections are confused with changes and make it difficult to understand. How to make so that when comparing files in the scrollbar there are no marks from the code inspection?
