Auto Complete Vue refs?
Volar has an autocomplete feature that adds `.value` to Vue refs. This sounds really convenient and helpful, and ought to be implemented in PHPStorm. If it already has this ability, please explain where and how to activate it. Thank you.

`value` is suggested in completion:
I'm using PhpStorm 2023.2.3. I am not seeing that sort of completion suggestion.
Could you please provide a sample project where it can be reproduced?
