Project dynamic Enviroment variables does not set, what am i doing wrong?

Hi. Trying to use Intel OneApi but can not get it included in Project External libraries. It seems like the setvars.sh is not sourced. Outside of clion sourcing the setvars works. 

Is there any additional step/configuration needed to automatically source the env file automatically on project load?
