Adding Starters in Existing Spring Boot Project

Just Like STS has add starters option , we can easily add starters in STS.
Why IntelliJ Ultimate Edition not providing their own feature similar to it so we will get benefit of adding starters easily.
If Ultimate Edition is not providing this feature then how we can say it is Ultimate.
Can IntelliJ will provide this feature. We dont need plugins but we want jetbrains add starters tool.

The option will be added to version 2023.3 scheduled to be released at the end of November (see IDEA-148776).
