How do I get someone at JetBrains to look at a PR

Answered

While developing a PyCharm plugin, I discovered that a refactoring of the code to support remote Python interpreters broke an extension point the plugin relied on. I raised the issue with support and then created a YouTrack issue. I didn't get any response to the issue so I downloaded the source code from GitHub, found the issue, wrote a fix and then raised PR. I have had no response to either the YouTrack issue or the PR. Is there someone I can escalate this with?

YouTrack issue is https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-61600/Regression-in-support-for-the-pyAddSdkProvider-extension-point-starting-with-Pycharm-CE-version-2022.2x

GitHub PR is https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/pull/2537

The PR is now in conflict which I would be happy to resolve if JetBrains would look at the PR and indicate a willingness to merge it should any issues be resolved.

Hi Andrew,

I'm sorry for the situation. I've got information that the answer will be provided in the PR.
