Open Detected Link VSCode equivalent (Opening a Terminal Link keyboard shortcut)

Is there an equivalent to the VSCode cmd shift o shortcut in the focused terminal. For context the shortcut will open any link (file path, website etc) that has been outputted to the terminal and navigate to it.

So say I run a test and it outputs the different file paths to an error, hitting cmd shift o I would expect to show all the file paths that I could navigate to from that terminal.
