origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource

Hello,

I am running a spring-boot web application in IntelliJ 2021.2.3 on MAC SONOMA 14.1.1. I am suddenly facing an error while trying to run my application. I see that the Tomcat server starts with no errors but I am unable to invoke any of the endpoint/APIs and keep getting the error “The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists”. I am not sure why this is happening suddenly. I retried multiple times with freshly cloned project, but not helping. I think some setting on the IDE has been messed up, but I am not sure what, or if it is related to MAC upgrade to SONOMA or project upgrade to JAVA 17. Please help.
