Hello,

Please kill all JetBrains-products-related processes on remote and local workstations, install a fresh Gateway and retest: 
https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/2023.3/jetbrains-gateway.html#toolbox_gateway

I have reboot localhost and remote.

Looks like a permissions issue. Please try updating the MacOS first.
