Preparing navigation bug

Hey, I have an issue with IntelliJ IDEA where when I click on a class the 'Preparing navigation...' window loads indefinitely. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and knows how to resolve it? Everything was fine until patch 2023.1.5. Using a MacBook 2020 M1.

Please provide logs (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) after restarting IDE and reproducing the issue. You may share files via https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ form.
I had the same problem. It was database-navigator plugin fault. Try disable or uninstall.
Its again unusable . Disabled all AI plugins. Disabled database-navigator. At some point 'Preparing navigation...' suddenly pops up and loads indefinitely. Only options is killing the IDE

I confirm the bug with latest PhpStorm, MariaDB 11.7, Window 10 Pro
Is the issue reproducible with all the additionally downloaded plugins disabled and IDE restarted(Settings | Plugins | ⚙ | Disable all downloaded plugins)?
