Keyboard stops working in 2023.3.2 RC

I'm using PhpStorm 2023.3.2 RC to have the fix for a bug in Http client, and I'm finding that keyboard stops working completely, pretty often (3 times in less than 3 hours). It isn't something entirely new for me, but it's something that only used to happen every now and then while step debugging. With this RC it happens while editing!

I can't seem to get my keyboard back until I restart the program.

I've checked “idea.log” and I don't seem to get new entries when I try to type. Is it a known issue?
