Disable types tooltip popup when typing

does someone know how to disable the types tooltip popup when typing?
In the attachement is a screenshot of what im talking about.

You can configure Code completion at Settings | Editor | General | Code Completion but specifically for types it's not possible. Feel free to create a new feature request at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=PY
