Pycharm keeps connecting to console

Hello, I'm new to pycharm.When I connect to the remote server, pycharm can connect to the console normally, but when I switch the interpreter to my local conda interpreter, pycharm keeps showing that it is connecting to the console. I can run this program in the terminal, but cannot run it in the console because it is always connecting to the console.
