Sonarqube and sonarlint cant add server in intellij 2023.3.2

Hello,

I have a problem with intellij 2023.3.2 i uploaded the plugin sonarlint in settings like in documentation i can add sonarqube server in sonarlint settings and i should find an add button however i dont see it can you help me to understand and connect my sonarqube

sonarlint appears in the bottom bar, then click on the wrench on the left side and create a connection.
