Nothing happens after clicking "manage licenses" on start up page

Mac. Can't even register a license now. Already tried a couple of full re-installs.

It turned out to be a system or hardware problem, as the machine totally crashed the other day. The problem disappeared after replacing it with a new machine. Thanks for reaching out to help!
