Missing Shelve option

I have watched the video on Webstorm's ability to shelve files from the ‘Commit’ Window but I don't have a ‘silently shelve’ option. I can't see any options to turn it on/off either.

Hi Tim,
Shelve option is available only if Staging area is disabled in Settings | Version Control | Git and Changelists are used.
Otherwise, Stash is the preferred option.
