Renewal mail doesn't show up

I am trying to renew my student license but when I submit a request I gettold to follow the directions of an email that I dont get.

Thank you for your request. After checking your JetBrains account I see that your student subscription is valid until February 05, 2025, and your JetBrains account is managed with this email address sander.drange@hotmail.com (mailto:sander.drange@hotmail.com). That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription.
Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.
