Code Arrangement - Constants & Fields ONLY
Why if I only configure the Code Arrangement settings for constants and fields does PhpStorm insist on changing the order of my methods?
I've tried this both ways, with and without the method entry, same result:

Unfortunately, I cannot see any screenshots in your initial message, could you please double-check that?
This forum software is driving me crazy. I have posted before that it will not save my images. Now, I posted a response a few minutes ago, and that's now gone too.
