Console missing in Debug window

I'd expect to find it here, just like I always have. 2023.3.3 ultimate edition, running on macOS, Sonoma 14.2.1.

I ended up right-clicking on the only place I hadn't, after searching all over the settings.
Threads & Variables / Actuator → Layout → Console.
