Hello Jetbrains Support Team,


I tried to obtain an IntelliJ education license through GitHub Student Access. The email is 'adrianovs.info@gmail.com'.
When I try to Renew my Education Pack I receive this message:
“This GitHub account has already been used to apply. Please check your inbox for an invitation email with instructions on how to proceed”
But it probably sent this invitation email to the wrong e-mail address could you please re-send this invitation email to: adrianovs.info@gmail.com? My GitHub had the wrong email and I fixed it now.

Hi Adriano,

Thank you for reaching out! Usually if your email has been blocked it is due to abuse or fraud coming from the domain.In order to fix this you should reapply on our website at https://www.jetbrains.com/community/education/#students. Under the "Official Document" tab. You will need to apply using a different email address such as Gmail or other personal account. Since you are not using the .edu email it is vital that you provide us with a Transcript, Student ID or other document stating your current educational enrollment status. If there is anything else I can help you with please feel free to reach out!
