Settings Sync Failed

I'm trying to sync my settings in phpstorm but I'm getting error:

Sync failed. Couldn't get settings from server: Cannot assign requested address: no further information

I've trying disabling firewall etc and all the common solutions but nothing works.

any ideas on this?

Similar problem here: Trying to update from a fresh 2004.1 install of PyCharm on Windows 11. No other Java that the bundled one :(
