GitHub Student License Email Blocked

I send a mail telling the problem but seems that just dissapeared, and I can't track it anymore

“Your request (#6190950) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.”

This was the email with the problem:

“Hi once i tried to get learning license with my institute email but I wasn't able. But I just get my github student pack approved and I tried to get the jetbrains learning license using github but i received the message that my institutional email address is blocked I need help please.
