Request for Review of Educational License Denial
JetBrains Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered regarding the denial of my request for an educational license. I recently applied for a JetBrains educational license using my email address but received a notification stating that my email is blocked from requesting such licenses.
I want to highlight that I have previously been approved for a license through the GitHub Educational Pack, demonstrating my eligibility for educational licenses. Despite this, I am facing difficulties with obtaining a JetBrains educational license.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter and resolving the issue. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or error in the process, as I meet the eligibility criteria for educational licenses.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
Sincerely,
Fernando

Thanks for the request. A number of educational domains are rejected by our automated system for various reasons such as past instances of large-scale fraud. But the most common reason by far is simply that the university in question allows students to keep their student emails after graduation, making a student email address alone insufficient for verification of enrollment.
For these cases, you can use the "Official Documents" tab at the top of the student application, linked below, to fill out a manual application with a document that can be used to verify your enrollment:
https://www.jetbrains.com/shop/eform/students
Please make sure that the document contains your name, your school's name, and the year of enrollment. Once you have completed the application, let me know and I will review it personally.
