CPU utilization spiked to 100%+ to cause Ubuntu20.04 not responding to any keyboard and mouse inputs, this happened more than 1 times /day

Hi Hitbuyi! Please try updating PyCharm to the recent 2024.1 release version. If the issue is still present on it, please provide the following data for further analysis:
- Collect CPU Snapshot while reproducing the issue as per following article: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241235-Reporting-performance-problems
- Reproduce the issue and collect actual logs (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data) along with CPU snapshot
