IDE UI issues when using on a second screen

Hi I have RubyMine 2024.1 RC installed on a Windows 11 laptop.

When I am using the IDE on the second screen (Samsung 24") the mouse-to-UI tracking is off I have to move the IDE to the main laptop screen let it dock, then move back and the tracking is okay again.

Laptop screen (left of second screen)

Dragging the IDE to the second monitor still showed the above info and setting to second screen only still showed the above incorrect info for that monitor.

The second monitor is a Samsung S24E650 model currently setujp to 1920x1080 resolution with default Windows 11 scaling.

The laptop screen is set to its native 1920x1080 resolution as well not additional Windows options enabled/disabled.

I will be recording further issues and posting them here and I will aslo be testing RubyMine on a large high resolution monitor later this week will report my findings.

I am going to persevere I want to have a great RubyMine experience because I just don't like VS Code.

Thanks,

T

Vursodotuk  as your project name is “Debian”, I must ask if you use WSL technology?
