Git seems to be intermittant using the IDE for control

We use our own private git server.

Everything works as expected from the console, however using the clion frame work it has issues. Just tried to push a new branch to the remote server using Clion IDE controls. It said it was completed yet the server was not updated, tried this several times and it did not work. Finally opened a console and pushed it manually to the server and it worked.
