Right click act weird

When I right-click something and hold it, and move the mouse over to another place like “run” and release the click over “run,” then it will do the “run.”
Why is that? Is it a feature? a bug? Or it's just me? I don't want to use the right-click to select the action. It is quite often that I miss-operate.

Right-click will open a context menu for me, but not click on the run button. Does it help if you use the default keymap?
