error building tomcat server program

Error running 'Tomcat: untitled' java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\apache-tomcat-10.1.23-windows-x64\apache-tomcat-10.1.23\conf\server.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)

This error keeps showing up whenever I try to build the program.

I have configured -



plugin that I used is called smart tomcat server
Before I build the program conf folder of the tomcat server contains all the necessary files but when I build the program all files the conf folder gets empty and I get the above error and building stops.

I have reinstalled and done the setup many times but the problem remains the same.

How should I fix this?
