WebStorm, Rider, Intellij Idea is flickering during launching on MacBook Pro M1 @ 2021

Try to enable Stage manager support.

1. Shift+Shift, then type "Registry"
2. Type "ide.mac.stage.manager.support" to find the flag, and turn it on
3. Restart IDE
