PHPStorm Started freezing today - now unusable

Seriously, i can't use the tool anymore

Updated to latest version, was one behind, exactly the same.
 

Tried disabling plugins, restarting, the lot…

I really don't want to move to VSCode… but this is stopping me working and costing us $
