Hello!

You faced the following regression - IJPL-156038. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue will be fixed in the next CLion 2024.2 EAP.

As a workaround for now, you could set -Duser.country=en -Duser.language=US in the VM Options (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/tuning-the-ide.html#procedure-jvm-options) and restart the IDE.
