Kotlin: Unresolved reference: android

I used the opensource project intellij-community-idea-231.8109.175 when buiding, there is an exception:  

C:\ws\idea\intellij-community-idea-231.8109.175\plugins\gradle\gradle-dependency-updater\src\org\jetbrains\plugins\gradle\dsl\GradleDependencyModificator.kt:4:12
Kotlin: Unresolved reference: android

Please tell me how to solve this problem

Did you run getPlugins script as stated in README?
