turn on autocompletion for bootstrap and tailwind phpstorm

Hello i am trying to turn on code completion for bootstrap but i cant figure out how. It usally works by  default but maybe since i placed the bootstrap cdn in a php file its now not working but im still not sure. Thank you for any help.
