Color Scheme Customize, add new scope

as you can see in the two images. one is php storm, one is sublime text editor.

Sublime text is very easy to customise because it is open source. But I can't find this feature in php storm.

I want to create a new schema container for custom html tags in php strom. Does anyone know a way to do this?

form elements, input, textarea, button, label, select etc etc are coloured orange.

table elements are also coloured in blue and readability in view files is very well facilitated.
