PyCharm Community Edition screen flickering on Windows 10

Hello, 

Recently started using PyCharm Community edition and PyCharm screen is flickering randomly.

Is there a fix for the issue?

Windows 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U with Radeon Graphics
24GB RAM
PyCharm 2024.1.3
