I did not recive any email back for my educational license request

A week ago I filled a request for getting additional licenses for using your product. I am a high school student and degree student in computer science. Since then I have not received an email to continue the process of obtaining the license. Please check it for me getting the educational license, it is very important for my projects and working environment.
