Hello,

I'm a newbie in Python, I am following an online course.

I downloaded the latest PyCharm Cummunity Edition, I installed it, on my E drive, not on the default location.

When I tried to install other modules I have some trouble. Firstly I have this error in the Settings:

I click the “Install packaging tools” and it ends with the following error:

What should I do?

I'm using Windows 10 Pro if it matters.
