我的IDEA,Pycharm打开时不能显示为当前活动窗口

当我打开IDEA时，我的任务栏如下，IDEA不会自动变成当前显示窗口

当我右键鼠标或者其他操作时，会突然跳到IDEA

如果我是通过固定在任务栏上的图标打开的话就没问题。Pycharm也是这样。我保存配置重装了Pycharm还是这样

这种小窗口模式下打开或者在任务栏中打开可以正常显示为当前活动窗口，但是把软件最大化后，在桌面打开就不会显示为当前活动窗口，而右键点击桌面时会跳到IDEA中变成当前活动窗口。就像我之前评论中的图片的那样

1. Disable all non-bundled plugins and let us know if the issue persists

2. How exactly do you connect to your IDE? Do you use any type of remote connection or virtualization? Is it a physical computer in front of you?
