JsDoc tool (https://github.com/jsdoc3/jsdoc) can be installed on any platform, and the tool configuration example https://www.monosnap.com/image/Ak0CBqpTVdlozqiTQzVCl5wTk# is not windows-specific (just the contrary - it shows UNIX setup, but the one for Windows would differ in path to jsdoc only)
