How to export JavaDoc Reference for a Project

I would like to know how do i export my project to html so it will be like an API documentation?
I'm using WebStorm 2016.2.3.

I'm using Linux (i saw that i can download something over there for windows).
Can you please explain me what i need to add (some tools/plugins etc..) and how to use it? Its not make sense that its so complicated../:
Sorry, not sure I understand what you are talking about. JsDoc tool (https://github.com/jsdoc3/jsdoc) can be installed on any platform, and the tool configuration example https://www.monosnap.com/image/Ak0CBqpTVdlozqiTQzVCl5wTk# is not windows-specific (just the contrary - it shows UNIX setup, but the one for Windows would differ in path to jsdoc only)
