What is prebuild and does it want to access my id_rsa

I just installed AppCode 2016.3 EAP (details below) and got a request from /Applications/AppCode\ 2016.3\ EAP.app/Contents/bin/prebuild to access by id_rsa. Therefor:

What is prebuild and why does it want access to my id_rsa?
